Who we are
A Walsh Electrical (85 Russell Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 5QF) is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, text or email.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of the work you need. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out and certify any work you ask us to do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request. Where we carry out work, we keep job records and certificates for as long as required by the wiring regulations, Building Control and our insurers.
Sharing
We never sell your details. We only share them where needed to complete your job, for example when notifying Building Control through our competent person scheme, or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@awalshelectrical.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
